Originally designed by Ray Kappe, the Baldwin Hills Vista House has views across the LA basin. Kappe’s only cinderblock house was completely updated with a new custom tile floor by Ceramic Suro, lights by the artist Jorge Pardo, and kitchen by Bestor Architecture.

This house was recently featured in Vogue.
